If you're inside the city limits, we're typically there inside an hour during business hours. Outside the metro, plan on a bit longer.
On bigger jobs we'll bring two techs. On simpler ones, just one — fewer hands, faster billing.
The actual work
Mini-splits are the right answer for additions, garages, sunrooms, casitas, and homes without existing ductwork. Single-zone setups install in a day; 4-zone systems take 2 days.
We install Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, and Pioneer most often. Mitsubishi has the best cold-climate performance for sun-belt mountain regions; Daikin has the best warranty terms; LG and Pioneer compete on price.
Inverter compressors mean these systems modulate continuously instead of cycling on/off. That's why mini-splits are 25-40% more efficient than central AC for the same space.

From the books — a recent Las Vegas job
Last spring we got a call from a homeowner near the historic core Las Vegas. New 600 sqft addition with no existing ductwork capacity. Diagnosis: main system already at capacity.
